The arbor was so amazing and beautiful and she is an absolute delight to work with. Very caring and pays attention to every detail. She also goes above and beyond. Ordered for a funeral and paid the extra to make sure it was delivered in time. It was not delivered for the service. I received email communication (Chantill) that it was delivered the next day! I asked for the company to refund and send a plant to the home of the bereaved and have heard NOTHING. I did not create an account.
