Ordered for a funeral and paid the extra to make sure it was delivered in time. It was not delivered for the service. I received email communication (Chantill) that it was delivered the next day! I asked for the company to refund and send a plant to the home of the bereaved and have heard NOTHING. I did not create an account. This is totally unacceptable and since the company refuses to answer my emails I’ll make sure that I leave appropriate reviews to warn potential customers.
