“I placed an order ahead of time with one of those online companies for a bouquet to be delivered to a funeral. Fifteen minutes after the funeral started, I got a call from a CSR stating that they were unable to deliver the bouquet in time. Frantically I searched online for an alternate florist near the home of the family - enter Michael G's Florist. I gave them my budget, an idea of what I wanted, and most importantly that I needed the flowers dropped off to the family's home the same day. The gentleman that answered the phone was more than accommodating and dropped off a lovely bouquet. He certainly saved the day. I thought I would save time by using one of those online companies, but I was wrong. Next time I will shop locally. This place will continue to get my business.”
