“Our 18 year old dog passed away last week in our home. I contacted Animal Care Services and they were kind, and genuine. I spoke to one gentleman at first who gave me additional information and pricing, he was very nice. Then i spoke with Lance, and really i don’t think i could have dealt with anybody better. He was kind, and gentle with our sweet girl. Today we received her ashes back, and Lance made sure that someone was at our home to receive them, and didn’t just leave them on our front porch.
