“I highly recommend this place. The night our father died was an extremely difficult time for myself and sister. They sent a fellow Vet who really reassured us with this process and made this difficult event more bearable. We were not rushed to say our goodbyes. When we were ready, they placed a flag head to toe over our father to roll him out. Very respectful. The cremation office was just as professional, patient, and answered all of our questions. They placed our mothers ashes with our fathers so that we did not have to do this task. Gave us guidance in spreading his ashes. Highly recommend them.”

Snyder were not only knowledgeable and professional, but compassionate and gentle with the special circumstances of interstate requirements to bring mom home to Lancaster where our dad is also buried. Tabitha handled planning the arrangements, Sharon served as director for the service with the rest of the staff all providing comforting support during this difficult time. The clergy, Father Arena, gave a sermon that was deeply moving and filled all who were present with the spirit of our Lord. Jody then followed up with us for additional support and other legal details dealing with the interstate transfer. They are a first class service provider, and our entire family could not be more pleased with every aspect of our mom's memorial service and the personal respect with which all the details were handled. “During one of the lowest points in my life, all of the wonderful people at Puente guided me with care and support in what could've been an excruciating process. I was completely lost. We moved to the greater San Antonio area to follow our daughter. My beloved husband began to spiral downward 1 month after we arrived, and died 2 months later. I was devastated and numb. They took the time to listen to what our needs were and then made recommendations and suggestions that they thought would satisfy our needs and were very cost conscious at the same time. The memorial services as well the burial services were beautiful and were carried out very efficiently as planned. Troy and his staff assisted in arranging for an escort, helped us arrange for the music, helped us pick and arrange for flowers. The programs for the service were perfect for the occasion. They made beautiful mass cards that were laminated, brochures with pictures and things she loved, a beautiful collage made. A guest book the displayed many of her pictures, and she looked amazing! Like she was sleeping and herself. I cannot tell you how helpful and nice these people are! Thank you so much for making my mother beautiful and listening to us completely”
