“I thought they were very professional. They do run their business from home, they will come and pick up and take your animal to a place to get cremated, yes you can attend if you want, I chose not to. They kept in touch with me, they always said they were sorry for my loss every time I spoke with them. I got my dogs ashes 3 days later, delivered to me. A nice box that I could put a photo of my dog on. Already did. Inside the box with the ashes is a business card from the place that did the actual cremation. I got a memorial board nicely framed with the Rainbow Bridge poem, an angel heart tag, A paw print of my baby and a lock of her hair. I really love it. I called other places and for about the same price they would cremate and return the ashes. This business went far beyond that. So I would say, they are compassionate people and if ever needed, I would use them again. Very kind people. ”
