“My baby girl Suzie, my dog of 15 years and 7 months passed away in her sleep two days ago, and needless to say this was a hard time for my entire family. I found All Pet Crematory on-line, called to make an appointment for a private cremation. The appt. was set the very next day. The lady on staff Ginger was so nice, caring, and accommodating. She answered all my questions, allowed me to stay and watch the beginning of the process, and came to get me when it was done for the ashes to be removed from the oven. It was a heartbreaking day, but was made so much easier by Ginger and All Pet Crematory. The place is located in the beautiful countryside, and was very clean and nice inside. The price was also very reasonable. It's a pleasure they weren't out to take advantage of a grieving pet owner with inflated prices and fees. The price quoted on the phone before I brought my Suzie out to be cremated was the exact price when it was finished. I would highly recommend All Pet Crematory to anyone. I have another dog and two cats, and my family will use this place for all of them when it's time.”

“It was as wonderful of an experience as it could have been. They were very kind, understanding, accommodating, and super helpful. They made the process easy. The location is discreet, quiet, and appropriate. The set up was beautiful. We purchased the direct cremation with ID Viewing and ID witnessing. It allotted the right amount of time and care for viewing and we were never rushed. The witnessing was very difficult to watch and bare because it was painful to us. But it's a big pane window.
