“My son LOVES Quentin Road KinderCare, and so do I! He's 15 months old and has been going to this location since he was 13 weeks. STAFF: The Director is a superhero and the teachers are amazing! They are all always so kind and loving towards my son. Teachers in other classrooms know his name and greet him/us in the hallway. My son generally clings to my husband and I when we are in group settings, but most days he won't even say a proper goodbye to me at dropoff because he is so excited to be at KinderCare. FACILITY: It's always clean and often seasonally decorated. They feature pictures of their staff, students, and students' art throughout the building which makes it feel very welcoming. For security, there is a keypad lock on the front door. CURRICULUM: Each month has a creative educational theme with daily activities to match! Additionally there are monthly spirit weeks. Occasionally they host special events that parents are invited to attend. Twice a year a professional photographer comes in for picture day. As each major holiday approaches - we are given a craft my son made centered around the holiday, and it's the perfect amount of take-home art. TECH: KinderCare uses an app to communicate center updates, record details about your child's day, and share photos. Knowing when and how much my son was eating was a huge benefit to me while breastfeeding. Now that he's older, periodically checking the app is a way for me to feel connected to him while I am working. Before choosing Quentin Road KinderCare, we looked at several options. I am certain that we made the right decision and have recommended the center to other parents. :)”

“I just moved into Pleasant Run in May ‘21, and very excited to make this my home for a while anyway. I like knowing that I’m the first resident of my home since this is a brand new facility. I chose the 3rd floor end unit to eliminate noise above and at least one side. I also like having better privacy from my balcony. My first impressions are positive of my apartment - everything is new, so things haven’t been used before. The grounds around the complex are a work in progress and will need attention, but given the pandemic, is understandable that they aren’t where they should be yet. It would be nice to have a small pond with fountain and a walking paved path around it with sitting benches. This would look nice in the large ground area sitting in front of the complex where just an open field currently sits. The facility offers activities to become more social with your neighbors if you choose. Each floor has something to offer. The first has the “club house” for social activities with a nice back patio and gas grill. The second floor has a fitness room and the third floor has a coffee shop. What drew me to Pleasant Run are the following: 1) 55+ age limit (Nothing against children at all, but like the quiet). 2) All utilities are included with rent which is very convenient. Only the WiFi is paid extra. 3) The complex is new. 4) It’s close to all your shopping needs. So, if Pleasant Run continues to offer the all inclusive utilities, amenities and keep the price in my budget, I can see myself living here for an extended time.”
