Of course I have little or no hair but in and out in less than 1/2 hour even with a little wait to get in a chair.

Customer service is a hit or miss with whom you get . if you get the right person there very nice and polite. I had questions and they were answered very thoroughly .i will be back

Everyone is always so nice. Many times it's me and my son with autism and they are always so nice.

I love the "sign in" on the app feature. The stylist I originally wanted to cut my hair was not there. I decided to go ahead with the cut anyway, and am I glad I did! Tammy did a cut that included, scissors, clippers and razor. I love it! My new hairstyle makes this old lady feel "sassy"! Thank you, Tammy!

It's the nature of a place like this that you may or may not like what you get, but three out of four visits, I have gotten a cut that I can work with. The check-in online feature is very helpful. The stylists do not push products but do suggest possibilities, which is nice.
