“A&G Upholstery was recommended to me by auto shop, Fox Auto, and I will be forever grateful! Both of the two front leather seats in my car were badly worn, the driver's seat actually shredded. I had called three businesses, including A&G for quotes. After speaking to the owner on the phone, I brought my car over to have him look at it. I am extremely impressed with the integrity of the owner as well as the quality of workmanship. I was given a cost comparison between leather and vinyl without being pressured to select the higher of the two. This shop matched the color and design of the backseats and interior perfectly! I felt like I had a new car when I arrived to pick it up! They completed the work within the estimated time frame, did an outstanding job, and were very reasonable in cost! This business is a hidden gem! I wouldn't go anywhere else for upholstery needs in the future!”

“A sales associate (Hamby) greeted me at the door and said he was available if I had any questions. I was able to browse without sales people bothering or pressuring me...which I loved! I did find a couch and loveseat that I was considering. Hamby confirmed they had these items in the warehouse and answered my questions, including delivery. He gave me his business card and I left the store to look around at several other furniture stores before making a decision. I returned back a couple days later to purchase the couch and loveseat and schedule delivery. I have purchased furniture from this store several times in the past and have always been happy with the quality. My current furniture is still in great shape but I am tired of the same thing after 20 years. Looking forward to receiving my new living room suite!!! ❤️😊”

With the pandemic there's a lot of us working from home, so with the added hours at the computer I decided I needed a nice good quality chair. I went in and was ready to spend $500 on a chair. After explaining all my needs for a chair, he showed me ones much better suited for my needs. Steven was the most professional, helpful, and easy-going individual I have dealt with in a long time. He informed me that for as much as he would love to make a sale of that price, from what I told him, there was a much better chair for almost half the cost. I had also entered a few minutes before closing, so I was actually rushing myself and pressuring myself to just choose a chair. Steven time after time kept telling me to not worry and that's what they're here for. They embody everything customer service should be.
