After looking at several stores for flooring, I immediately felt comfortable doing business with this place for my flooring needs after looking for only a few minutes at their selections in person. They have a great selection to choose from. Not only did they have variety, the quality of the products their carry is top notch. Since I have been to this place, all the flooring I saw at other stores, such as Home Depot, Lowe’s, Floor & Decor, etc..gives me a bad vibe, and just feels cheap, and I would feel ripped off if I were to buy flooring any where else. The salesperson, Paul, was very helpful. He was very straightforward, informative, and knew what he was doing, which is what matters to me. The whole process was very quick. I was able to have only a week turnaround for me, from looking at the sample, to it being delivered. Their pricing IS on the pricier side, but I was very fortunate to be able to get very good pricing this time. Even with that said, the important thing to know is that you are getting much better quality from this business and it’s worth it. You also have someone to ask questions throughout the process, unlike other places. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for flooring. At the very least, I would add this place to the list of places you are looking at, because this place is a great resource if you’re looking to install flooring.”

Honestly, she could teach customer service training seminars--she is that good. Likewise, Caitlin in the Paint Department is also a rock star and has exhibited such extraordinary patience with me in helping me navigate even the most peculiar, kooky painting projects that I dream up, and helped me with color selection when I was feeling indecisive. Bonnie in paint has also been super helpful in answering many of my very specific paint questions. I special ordered all my paint from Ace when I painted my house exterior and they were amazing throughout the research and purchase process. Ace was already awesome before Covid, but since the pandemic started and I've needed to be extra cautious about limiting my in-person interactions due to an autoimmune disorder, they have been absolutely amazing--answering all my questions over the phone and going out of their way to offer me curbside pickup and a streamlined process of socially distanced shopping. I'm so grateful, and I will continue to support Ace as much as possible.”

“What an amazing company. I bought a gas insert from the so called Chimney Doctors. It has never run correctly. It would shut itself off, blow out it's pilot, smoke....etc. You name the condition, this insert had it. I had the so called "Doctors" out to clean and inspect it many times. No change. I had other companies like Burlington Fireplace come out, no help, just an expensive vacuuming out of the unit. Had Heritage come try to fix it, again, expensive cleaning with no results. I was finally referred to StoneCraft Studios by a Chimney Sweeper who highly recommended them. What an amazing experience. The technician cleaned the unit, painted the logs to look brand new and replaced the bright embers. He found that a rod had a little corrosion on it, so he polished that up. He put the logs back into the insert the right way and now the unit runs better than it ever has before, even when it was brand new. And their cost for doing this was about 1/3 less than other "cleanings" that I've had done on the unit. Seems like the original "Doctors" didn't know how to properly put in the logs and that was messing up the whole unit from the get-go. Couldn't be happier with StoneCraft, they have a customer for life.”

“This is by far the best dominican restaurant in the area. I've been coming almost weekly to this establishment ever since I found out about it. And not a single time it has disappointed me. Prices are VERY affordable and even more with the 2x$10 special the run 1 hour before closing. I've tried 80% of their menu and I can assure you that the people cooking this amazing food know what they're doing back there. The portions are satisfying and the ladies serving the food speak both English and Spanish so there will be no language barrier. The owner is one the coolest guys I've meet, always with great attitude even on their busy hours. If you are debating about trying this place, stop doing so. You won't regret it.”
