We made a mistake in our own measurements and was able to call them and make changes to our order the very same day with no hassle and no issues. We got a custom-made sectional, custom size and orientation, chose the fabric, color, and pillows! They delivered the sectional two weeks ahead of schedule, within the time-frame given and the delivery guys even took our old couch away for reasonable fee (and they too were wearing masks and very carefully in our house). We actually looked at sectionals at Costco, Wayfair and a couple other places, but they didn't have exactly what we were looking for. So glad we found this place, the sectional looks amazing in our living room. Will definitely go back.”

I must have been in the store for 3 or more hours and she was every bit of patient with me, walked me through the store to show me what was available and what would take a little longer to deliver because of the Pandemic. I was very pleased with her level of professionalism and understanding to work with me and not just "sell me." I walked out of the store with a new bed set for future delivery and a new living room set coming this weekend. I was very happy when I left the store (no buyers remorse this time). She made my furniture shopping experience the best I'd ever had. Everyone that I came in contact with that day was wonderful, I don't have anything bad to say.
