Both treatments flew by and I felt like I found a deeper meditative state. My sleep that night was amazing! A bunch of kids were coming out of the yoga studio happily talking about the bears they used for class. Looking at the studio, I can't wait to take a yoga class there myself. “Excellent Gym. I'm also a member at Golds and have stopped going to Golds. Fitwell is friendly and very clean. They clean the equipment, floors, locker rooms etc. multiple times a day. Clientele all ages and a great gender split. About 50/50. Also diverse in other ways. A really nice vibe. Glad I joined. Nothing against Golds, I just like FitWell better.”

The space is so tranquil, and truly a refuge from the insanity of daily life. I am so excited for the new kids class offerings where kiddos can learn the power of yoga while parents can also take a class in the room next door. So many class offerings, you can find a class to fit almost any schedule and they will be adding more in the near future. Parking is easy and scheduling online or on the app is a breeze. Becoming a member is the best investment you can make in yourself and it pushes you to go consistently. I am excited as well to resume getting regular massages there as well. All their therapists are gifted in bodywork and you cannot go wrong scheduling with any of them.”

Now she's almost 2 and is attempting forward rolls on her own and can hang and swing from the bars. In addition to having physical fun, they focus on a lesson each class, like colors, counting or types of movements, etc. It's been a wonderful experience 😀”
