“They recently remodeled the place and added new equipment. Plenty of racks and radial weights to do bench press, squats, deadlifts. Plenty of free weights as well. Place my seem small, but it has plenty of equipment. The only thing I wish they would improve on is the hours. They are very limited on open hours. Not worth it for someone who works a typical 8-5 job since they open at 7am and close at 7pm.”

“Previous to Goodebody I was a cardio person and went to a regular gym, pump out a weight workout in 45 minutes, needless to say I did not like working out with weights so the faster I moved the faster it would be over, I couldn't lose any of the weight and through a friend I started Goodebody October 20, 2022 with about 12 pounds to lose, I was told that I'm not losing weight because I am not burning enough. I was not convinced but I kept coming hoping that time would show me a different outcome... By March 2023 I was down my 12 pounds and had developed a new eating habit which included Intermittent Fasting... Shocked at the results and understanding of how to actually workout with weights I decided to keep going, by the time the end of August 2023 rolled around I was down a total of 23 pounds. I have passed my one year and still keeping steady at maintaining my current weight... I never thought this was possible and a dislike for weights has now made me love to workout with these amazing trainers in a private group where I have met some inspiring people.”

“This review more than Barry's is about Kevin DiMichele. Don't get me wrong, Barry's at Clarendon is really good and I am very happy with my classes and experience there. But Kevin is a wonderful coach/trainer/class lead. I have taken Barry's classes in DC, Clarendon, and LA and he is by far the best trainer I have had. Not only he knows exactly what is coming next and is on top of the routine the whole time, but also he explains everything very clearly, and doesn't assume that everyone knows everything. His routines also have a very good flow. Also, he very well knows when to switch to another movement and change it up. If you have been to Barry's you know that the music is loud, so sometimes when the trainer doesn't speak clearly and loud enough, it is hard to hear them. With Kevin, you don't have that issue at all. He is funny and charming too and he pushes you when needed as well. Overall I really like his classes and I do my best to move things around and take his classes if my schedule allows. He is out of the DC Barry's but I have only taken his classes in Clarendon.”

“My son has been working out with Coach Green from the Grind Hard Foundation for several months and he absolutely loves it. He didn’t get to participate in any year last year due to COVID and Coach Green has been a great transition back into the sports world. My son currently participates in a group workout but he is never treated as such. Coach Green makes sense to take the time out with each boy to work with them on correct technique and form. Last week, the group started lifting weights and Coach Green made sure that each individual knew actually what to do and how to do it. I would definitely recommend all parent with a youth player (no matter the sport) to take their athlete to Coach Green for sports performance.”

“I would highly recommend this gym and Robyne, the owner. She is conscientious and runs a clean gym. We have been members for 2 years and we come regularly. The 24 hour access is really nice too. Every time I have been in, the gym is clean. Most members are great about wiping down equipment after they use it, which keeps the gym and equipment cleaner than other places. Robyne also has day passes for people vacationing here. It’s a great value and so convenient for people who live on LBK or are visiting.”

“Craig Nolletti has built a beautiful gym(s)!! One side with tons of machines to accommodate any athlete in any sport. The other side is a fully outfitted CrossFit affiliate! You literally have the best of both worlds there with a full 200 m running track around the facility. It's a great design to accommodate hundreds of athletes through their per day.
