“I went in to check it out. I had a friend tell me that it was better than when I had been there many years ago. Wasn't disappointed. They had expanded, adding more equipment and they have plans to expand further. It wasn't crowded, making it easy to get through a workout without having to wait long to use equipment. Best of all, with the new expansion they said they will be installing a few showers and a possibility of an individual sauna. This is nice because the next closest gym is around 15 miles away. They do honor the Silver Sneakers program.”

“Best and friendliest gym. The coaches take the time to work with you. Everyone has their own journey from very light weights and walking to some who work with heavy weights and run. I just had shoulder surgery and Coach Ken is working with me one on one so I'm not just sitting around for 8 weeks. They have workshops that help with your nutrition, mindset, certain area body strength, and many others. From the first day I stepped into this gym, I have always felt like I belong. I can't say enough good things about this gym.”

“I've been a long time member (over 12 years) and have just gotten around to posting a review. This place is excellent. It is a rare day when equipment isn't available due to maintenance. Plenty of equipment (cardio esp) and tons of free weights. I don't use the classes personally but hear from other members that they like them. I use the fitness facilities(cardio, weights, cable machines etc), pool and sauna. All of these areas are clean and well maintained and the pool area has seen a lot of renovation and improvement. The staff is polite, king and keep the place very clean. For what I spend monthly vs what I get, it's not cheap but I can see the value of a place like this...”

“My son Ryan and I have been going to this marital arts Academy for over 2 years now and he has grown to be such an awesome little person! The instructors are patient, kind, and really give the kids the attention they deserve whilst teaching them real life situations. Unforchantly, at age 6 I never thought my son would have to use what he learned in class but he has during Kindergarten and I was so pleased when the principal told me he frankly defended himself in school! I can not thank enough Mr. Dave, Mr. Colton, and it looks like another great instructor too! “In my travels, I had the opportunity for I visit my his PF location. Took me a bit to find it, but only because it’s tucked in the back. I have to say, though, I was impressed as I walked in. Staff was very helpful and friendly. This is a very clean location and there are plenty of machines and weight areas. But I have to add, I was more impressed with the Black Card member area, as they have a good amount of chairs/loungers and a cool new virtual one, as well. Before checking in to one, a friendly staff member was very patient with me and helpful. If I’m near here, I would definitely be visiting again.”

“It's a nice gym. When you sign up you get a fob so you can come anytime you want, which is really nice. Has restrooms, changing rooms, cardio equipment, and most free weight and machines that you would need. The owner had different plans available as well, 3 month was a certain price and 6 month, 12 and so on. You can have it as a monthly payment or pay it all at once.”
