“Since my hair is one length to mid-hip, I called ahead to be certain the stylist would have the time for me. I needed a shampoo, blowout, flat iron and simple trim. I spoke to the manager who stated there would be 3 stylists after 3:30 pm on a Tues. At one point in the conversation about my needs, she told me that they don't usually accommodate hair length longer than at the waist. I have been using this location at least 3 times in the past with no problem. When I arrived, there was only one Stylist, Michelle, who informed me there were scheduling issues and she is alone. However, she was very sweet and took care of all of my needs. We enjoyed each other in conversation. She knew exactly what/ how to do it. I only gave 4 stars due to the Managers attitude regarding my specific hair needs. It seemed to me that she really just didn't want to serve me.”

I finally settled on doing a Brazilian blowout to help tame my hair while still retaining its natural texture. I was a bit hesitant since I don’t like doing too much stuff to my hair but my stylist Sandy did a great job. I wished I had gotten one sooner. I got a decent deal on the Brazilian and was expecting some issues with the quality. Janet delivered beyond my expectations! Already made my appointment for my fill Parking is limited but they do have 1 reserved spot right in front of the building. Other than that paid parking which ranges about a few dollars during the day. I would suggest booking ahead of time especially if you want the volume look. Another thing to note they take covid precautions seriously so bring your mask. Loved my volume lash extensions and look forward to going back!”
