“Update: so I changed my stars from 1 to 5 stars because minutes after posting my experience, Rhonda the manager contacted me and apologized for my unfortunate experience. She reassured me she would fix this problem with the technician and offered me a complimentary removal and a complimentary full set and she got me in for the removal within the hour. Thank God for her quick response. This was the worst experience ever. I asked for a very very light classic lash and I specifically asked her not to put the glue bonder that they normally use after placing the extensions because I'm allergic to it. She said she was going to do her best because she needed to pick up her boyfriend from work in an hour and a half. She ended up doing the complete opposite of what I asked. She put very heavy Hybrid lashes and she used the glue at the end after I asked her not to do it. She said she only put a little bit otherwise my lashes would fall in a couple of days. I was so upset! Not only did my lashes look horrible but she also used the glue! I ended up telling her to remove 80% of the lashes and she kept pinching my eyelids with the tweezer. Now my eyes are swollen from the glue I asked not to use and I have marks on my lids from the tweezers. Now I have to pay again to have the lashes removed! Waste of time, money and unneeded pain. Never going back!”

I think they also offer yoga, and some other regular spa stuff. (Sugaring, lashes, etc.) If you're near Keller I definitely recommend stopping by.”

This place is always clean, the energy is upbeat, the app is convenient but what sealed the deal as my new favorite barbershop was Colette. From the jump she made me feel like we had been friends for years although we had never met. Haircuts can be awkward especially for someone with social anxiety but she kept conversations going that turned a normally bland experience into the highlight of my week. Also, I got a haircut! She cut my hair perfectly I will absolutely be back soon and often. Even as I was leaving my clumsy self dropped a $20 bill and she noticed and ran after me to the parking lot to return it to me. The honesty and human kindness almost brought a happy tear to my eye. I hope she knows how much she's appreciated”
