“This Home Depot has a slightly better selection than other locations in the Milwaukee area. It seems to receive a wider variety of products. We have a Home Depot closer to us (South East Milwaukee location), however we sometimes find our selves at the Home Depot in Franklin for particular items. The customer service is friendly, and our visits are usually productive. The store layout is nice and well-labeled. One of my favorite features of this location is the order online and pick-up in store feature. Home Depot will email you when your order is ready (within an hour or so after you place the order), and you can use their super convenient pick-up lockers at the front of the store. Just enter your pick-up code, the door opens automatically, and away you go! If you only need a few items and don’t want to browse, this feature is extremely convenient. An extra bonus of this location – it’s within half a mile of a Lowe’s, a Menards, and a Pick ‘n Save – making it extremely convenient if you’re looking to compare prices or if you need to shop at multiple stores.”
