For my home project, I realized how important it was for me to feel and see things in person. I'll be using the door handles multiple times, every day, so I wanted to get it right the first time. Under Andy's guidance, I was able to make my decision on door handles and the finishes I want after a couple of visits. The store can absolutely be overwhelming for the first visit, so I recommend focusing on one thing (door handles, cabinet handles, etc). I was told that first too, and didn't listen hahaha (but you really should!) I ended up wanting to look at other things outside of door handles, but it became too much. They let you take it all in, but once you have questions and a better idea of what you like, Andy is right there to help answer questions and provide his endless expertise. It is very much appreciated because outside of knowing what felt good in my hand, my knowledge of hardware is non-existent. I also didn't feel rushed at all. 100% recommend this store!”

“I realized I had left some items behind one day after getting home. I called and spoke to a nice gentleman, Doug, to who I explained what happened. He went and looked in some areas I could have left them and called me back, like he said he would. He told me if they were found, they would be waiting at customer service. Luckily I had my receipt. I also told him I was coming back to the store to look myself. When I got to customer service, Doug was with another customer. So when I told another associate what I came for, Doug jumped in and said, “It’s right here!”. I was so excited to retrieve my items. The items weren’t a big deal that day. I came in today and needed help, and DJ went out of his way, not only to find the three bolts and the hex wrench that I needed, but he also taught me how to check the sizes and figure out what I was looking for. Then he checked each of the bolts and made sure they were in the correct place before he sent me home with any that might’ve been put in the wrong spot since I didn’t get any spares. No one has ever gone above and beyond like that, and it was so kind.
