“Just visited the Shoe Sensation shoe store in Litchfield, IL and bought two pairs of tennis shoes (styles Brooks Launch 10 and Brooks Ghost 16). Both pairs of shoes have a stiff middle section that offer the most support when looking for foot support in a tennis shoe. They did not have the colors that I wanted in my size when trying on the shoes, but Rachel (the most knowledgeable and extremely helpful salesperson) said that she would order them in my size and have them shipped to my home (free of charge). The shoes arrived at my home the Very Next Day! Talk about Speedy Service.... Thanks for all your assistance and guidance Rachel. You're Amazing!”

Linda was so incredibly helpful and kind. My daughter is almost 2 and she will not wear onesies anymore, so Linda helped me find an adorable litte dress for her. She even gave me a discount. “I want to give recognition to the man who worked in/closed down the deli tonight. I overheard a conversation with him and a customer. The customer was very angry because they had to close early due to being short staffed. I understand how retail works and i just want to say that that man handled the situation so well and so properly. I didn’t get his name because i didn’t want to bother him. But the customer was extremely rude to him, yet he still was nice to the man and did his job competently. Kudos to him! He has brown hair and is maybe around 5’9-6’0. He worked the night of September 20th.”
