While I was there I saw everything tile, to lumber, cabinets, a water heater, doors (of all sizes) both interior and exterior, lawn decor, sheets, rugs, roofing material, insulation, etc. I was told about this place from a friend who is remodeling her house. If you have never been I recommend getting over there ASAP. A lot of items are cash and carry, but they are very inexpensive. If you see something that you like. JUMP ON IT. It won't be there tomorrow. The best part is that all of the money goes to Habitat for Humanity. Everything here is donated to fund Habitat for Humanity so this is a great place to shop.”

Instead of trying to sell me on a semi close match or just saying "sorry we don't stock that," the gentleman told me who to go to and even photo copied the info from his book for me to take to his competitor. Wow! That is unheard of! Very helpful very friendly even when they knew I wasn't buying anything from them. I sure will be buying from them on my next remodeling project.”

“Wonderful hardware store with an attached power and turf tools department. They have all the stuff the big chain stores carry, but with friendly staff who know their stuff and help you find anything you need. The clerk knew exactly which spark plug my mower needed, and then another helped me get a few tools and odds & ends I needed for other projects. More places should be like this! Warning - the aisles are narrow, they have a lot of stuff to fit into a pretty small space, so it can feel a little tight. The upside is that they have a really huge selection. Check out the Duke Cannon bourbon soap they carry. It smells amazing - and the wife loves it too!”

“If you ever watched old TV westerns, there was this great place in every town called a general store. They carried everything you possibly could need if you lived in a small town or out on a farm. Tractor Supply Company is the old-time General Store on steroids, and I mean that in a great way. If you need to put fence posts up on your hundred acre farm, they have what you need. If you need to kill some of the weeds around the sidewalk in your front lawn, they have what you need. Own a horse - yep, they have what you need. This trip, I just needed to take care of a rodent problem, and they had what I needed. They had loads of options for what I needed. And in a wonderful change from a lot of stores, the staff isn't there to sell you stuff, they're there to help you. Throw in the sections that have clothes, or toys, or some really different and unique home and yard decor, they've got that stuff too.”
