“Hit and miss. I find things are either over priced, or great deals. Some things are cheaper in a retail store or on sale. And with a big purchase there's no warranty so you have to really look through the box to make sure a component isn't missing. I bought a beautiful sink which was sealed shut so I assumed it would be tact, but it was missing the accessories (cutting board and strainer, and yes, the box said they came with it) so try replacing THAT. In their defense, I'm from out of town so it would be a pain to deal with so I didn't even bother to call to complain, so I cant say what the outcome would have been.”

“Because of insufficient specifications about a riding mower engine on Amazon, I mistakenly ordered the wrong one. All the specifications were exact on this engine, except the crankshaft size. This new engine I ordered had a smaller crankshaft than the one I was replacing and disqualified it for use. I contacted Amazon and was told the engine was provided by a third party and I would have to contact them about a replacement. That third party was Equipatron. I contacted them to talk about returning the first engine and ordering another one that had the exact specification for replacement. From that time forward, this process was as flawless and speedy as any I have ever done. The agent at Equipatron made me feel very comfortable with the process, matched my old engine model with one they had, and gave explicit detail on what I needed to do. After receiving (email) the return label for the wrong engine, I repacked it and carried it to the shipper, but before that even happened, Equipatron sent me a notice that my re-order was complete. By the next day they notified me that the replacement engine had shipped! I was astonished at the lightning-fast turnaround! That engine arrived two days later at my home, and we were able to install it at once. I have done business with a lot of companies through Amazon, but I have never had the level of service I got from Equipatron. This is a fantastic company! If you have a need for any product they sell, I would say contact them and enjoy the great service!”

“Walmart is a ever changing place. With the Santa bells outside, and stress faces employees working behind the counter. It's come a long way from the friendly face greeting at the door. ("Welcome to walmart." They used to say) Lately, my experience at Walmart (Biscoe), seems to be a noticeable change in the atmosphere and level of customer service over time. It's not understandable missing the friendly faces and helpful assistance that was once more prevalent at the store. Even more once it was important for businesses to provide a positive shopping experience to their customers, and it seems like there's room for improvement in this particular location. I hope that Walmart takes customer feedback into consideration and works on improving their customer service, restocking proceduress putting up stocks or leaving pallets in the aisles. While customers are shopping in the store, and overall store experience for the elderly. What happen to the blue light sales?The parking lot looks great.
