The lumber guys have cut wood for me and been super helpful to trouble shoot my issues. The plumbing section was amazing last time I was there. I need PVC to replace my shoe racks that vanished the day before my craft show. They cut the pieces at measurements that would give me the cuts I needed and helped me find the tool to cut the PVC at home to finish my racks. He even showed me how to use the tool while he cut my PVC at the store. Never had a bad experience at this store yet.”

“Awesome compared to the Walmart location in steelyard. The steelyard store wow is terrible. Please don't shop there. The manager there don't care. If you have and issue they don't care. The store is ran by children. I went there to shop for a few items. Ok they had the prices wrong. Then they tried to run and change the prices before I could take these pictures with my cell phone. Then their was and employee that threatened to fight me. After, that I went back up to the cash register to pay for my items. My mom is almost 80years old she was trying to stop putting groceries on the conveyor belt. The cashier would not turn it off. My mom's arm was being pushed forward. I had to yell at the cashier to stop. Just don't shop here. They are all idiots.”

David Mauricio was responsive, detail oriented and professional throughout the process and we were extremely happy with the outcome. What prompted me to write this review years later is recently one of the hinges broke and when I emailed David about it, he immediately took care of it. He looked up the design, order the part from the manufacturer as a claim, we got it in the mail within days and now the door is good as new! In the age of online companies, carousel of virtual support personnel, it's so refreshing to work with someone local (in my case), who is dedicated and takes care of customers even though there's no new sale (yet) on the line. I can't speak highly enough of David and the company.”
