“Both my Grandmother and Mother went to him. He was amazing. When my grandmother saw him, she had hepatitis c, back then it was a death sentence. 2 other doctors gave her 4 years. Dr. Wayne gave her 20 years. She was healthy and strong for many, many years. My mother had Bile Duct cancer and the local hospital couldn’t figure it out. He found it through his testing and acted quickly to fix it. I highly recommend anyone that need a Gastroenterologist to see him. I drive my mother over an hour to see him. The staff is exceptionally helpful and nice. The doctor explains everything and answers all your questions. Excellent bedside manner and very patient. What more could you ask for in a doctor.”

“To start with, I live in Alaska and was being treated locally for a thumb injury that still had not healed properly 6+ months later. I reached out to a friend looking for a second opinion, I didn't care where it was, I would fly anywhere as long as I could get this issue fixed. I was recommended Doctor Bronstein. I flew down to have a consultation with him, and I am so grateful I did- he was very knowledgeable and very honest about what needed to happen and the possible outcome. When I found out I needed surgery, I knew it was going to be a huge commitment on my part to fly down and stay for a few weeks while I healed and did PT. As hard as it was for my business, the financial cost, my family, etc, to pick up and leave for almost 3 weeks, it was well worth it. Dr. Bronstein did my surgery and I have the ability to use my hand more than I could before. I am grateful to him and his staff. They will take the time to help a student in whatever area they need. All the belt ranks take class together so there's always something new to learn. My family, friends and other patients that we witnessed in the ER have not had great experiences with some doctors, nurses and employees there at Green Memorial due to their lack of cruel disrespect, horrible lack of choice of words and actions towrds a lot of patients that they believe is only there for the pain medication rather than patients honest pain that are not only there for just medication. I had to take the time to write a great review for the 2 nurses who took care of me as a patient today. Tue, May 21st, 2024, at 11pm discharge time. These 2 nurses were not only doing an amazing job at taking care of my needs and my pain as their patient today but they were very patient, kind, calm, understanding, trustworthy and friendly with me even though I was the total Opposite do to the pain, Anxiety, and past experiences that Ive had their in the ER. They still managed to make sure to do whatever they had to do in order to help bring my pain an anxiety at ease. They both helped me to overcome the thought of not being comfortable to comfortable. They helped me to come to an understanding with my self thoughts that not all nurses are the same nor should they be treated unfairly like some of the nurses and doctors there that Do treat patients unfairly and unkind. I told myself that they are not all as those kinda people. THANK YOU Diane & Calvin for working so hard to set a much better examples on how a patient should be treated🙂 Even though I was checked into a room waited over 6 hours just to be seen by a doctor in order for them to help assist me with my rate of 10 pain. they still did everything they could to make sure I left as a happy patient. we need more nurses like them.
