All the exercises work multiple muscle groups at the same time and you combine that with the interval training and I'm burning lots of calories. “Dr. Dan is AMAZING! I had a free consultation for tennis elbow, based upon the recommendation of a friend. He quickly diagnosed the issue, treated it and gave me exercises to do at home. I was so impressed with his approach that I scheduled a full visit the following week. The tennis elbow has been resolved but I continue to see Dr. Dan, working on long-term aches and pains, that I had just accepted as part of aging. If you have gone to physical therapy before, this is completely different.
