The first day exceeded our expectations which were already high. Not only the warm welcome, but we were very impressed with the professionalism and skill level of the team. Tanya the head nursing supervisor was very sharp and especially professional. Suzanne the activities coordinator was warm and encouraging to my mother since she has lacked socialization and much activity for a few years. We found the caregivers/nurses throughout the day were patient and respectful, even though they had to repeat their names to my mom over and over again - God bless them all for putting up with that !! After 90 years living in her own home, my mother is in a very clean, well run and personable environment that she can call her new home! Thank you Mission Chateau management, staff and ownership!”
