Lauren's instructions are always very clear and concise. Knowing how to breath, how your muscles should contract, spine position, etc. is so integral to getting the most of out Pilates and not getting hurt. Lauren is spot on at correcting student's form as well as complementing and encouraging her students. Her knowledge knows no bounds. I respect her greatly as an instructor and person.
