“I get regular prescriptions and get 90days at a time. I normally put in refills (when they have refill on file) 3-4 days in advance and they are usually done the day after I call them in. If the medicine I need doesn’t have any refills left I again call 3-4 days in advance of when I actually will be out of it so they have time to contact the doctor for refills. Normally they have it ready within a day or two if me calling it in. As far as getting a new prescription, I will drop it off and pick it up the next day. Otherwise, you have to wait a while. And like someone else said, don’t go near closing time especially when they are closing for lunch. They will not take time to get your prescription even if it’s ready. I haven’t had anyone that was rude to me, but I find that what you give is what you get back. And I have heard the way some people talk to the techs and quite honestly think they deserve what they get back!”

“I can't relate to people when they say they hate going to the dentist--Dr. Saad is my favourite doctor to visit. His staff are an absolute delight and run his office extremely well with very little wait times and very pleasant attitudes. My cleanings are always very thorough and I look forward to gaining any new tips that will elevate my oral hygiene. I recently had a crown replaced on my front tooth and Dr. Saad made sure the lab got the shape and shade exactly right; he knew it would bother me if it wasn't perfect so he insisted on sending it back and forth a few time to make sure it was an absolute perfect match, and i could not be happier with the results. His dental assistant Sam is positively the best at what she does; with every visit I grow more impressed by her knowledge, work ethic and attitude. She's always prepared and knows what Dr. Saad is going to ask for before he's even said or done anything. She acts as a great second set of eyes and offers her well rounded opinion when she thinks a slight adjustment needs to be made (I think she deserves a nice bonus this year). Dr. Saad feeds my curiosity and explains every step of the process to me. He is every well versed in his field and is so knowledgable about which materials are best suited for each unique case and his office is always equipped with the latest technology so you're always getting the best care possible. Overall the entire staff at Patients Choice are truly a blessing and appreciate everything they did for me! I’m sad that my therapy has ended, but I’m leaving much better than when I first went in and I have them to thank for it! If I could give them a 100 star rating I would!”
