“Compass is not so bad that it is a 2.8 out of 5. Seriously, most people who have shared their experience either expect Compass to be miracle workers or expect them to completely change all their policies to revolve around them. They are just people. Most of them care and are doing the best they can. I have only had one mishap in all my years with them. And the only real problems I would change are; it being hard to get ahold of your prescriber and the dental will Bar you from service after two missed visits. But those of us who rely on Medicaid transport, which is notoriously unreliable, should have a "get out of being barred free" card when Medicaid transport fails to pick us up. Otherwise, I am happy with my service.”

At the other location I've seen Dr Baker, I was relieved to find out just how accommodating they were when it came to financial plans that are affordable. With everything this year, the last thing anyone should be worrying about is if they can afford dental care, or if it's safe to get a dental emergency taken care of. “After searching for doctors online that took my insurance I found Dr. Shah. He has been my primary health doctor for more than 2 years. My first impression of him was very pleasant. He is very respectful, knowledgeable and patient with me and my boyfriend whom I also referred to him. He is not dissmisive and takes time to explain lab results and provides detailed information of any symptom or health issue you may have. He has referred me to other doctors that I am also please to see. The aesthetics of the office is not very beautiful but does the job of holding about 10 patients in the waiting area. Because of COVIT, you may have to wait outside to decrease traffic and infection of COVIT. Overall I don't mind his office. Waiting time can be from 30 mins to 2hrs depending on how busy his schedule is. In a few occasions he has been able to see me for emergencies ( which is something that not all Doctors do ) so far he has been meticulously helping me maintain my health and I am very happy to have him as a Doctor and I recommend him to anyone searching for an amazing Doctor. NOTE : The office is close to the 7 train. There are many places from where to buy food if you are hungry as well as other basic stores for shopping.”

I was a bit anxious & rattled about the change— the two gentlemen were able to help me understand more clearly that it was no issue. Although, always busy, the team is always able to take the time to answer questions. In the world today, an extra few minutes, is really going the extra mile or two! Quick add: this is my old pharmacy from 10+ years ago. I drive an extra 15 minutes to drop off & pick up due to the service I receive here.”
