“Dr. Jack Stern preformed two major spinal surgeries on me this year. Dr. Stern is extremely talented, professional, compassionate, and personable. When I had my first consultation at Brain and Spine Surgeons of NY I was worried and anxious. Dr. Jack Stern met me at the doorway of his office, warmly greeted me, shook my hand , seated me and made me feel right at home in is office. Dr. Stern was able to calm me right down by telling me that I would be just fine. Dr. Stern told me about his medical background and experience. Dr. Stern explained in detail what his specialty was and how he planned on correcting my problems . Dr. Stern then focused on my spinal MRI and pointed out exactly where my injuries were and how he planned on fixing them. I left his office feeling confident and reassured . Dr. Stern answered all my questions. On the day of both surgeries I was met and reassured by Dr. Stern. He made sure I was comfortable and ready for surgery. To date I'm recovering nicely from both procedures. Every follow up visit I've receive the same amazing treatment from Dr. Stern and his staff!! Thank you Dr. Jack Stern for giving me my life back!!! “Dr. Holmes was everything every doctor should be. When the surgeon told me to see Dr. Holmes, I got an appointment the same week. He was kind, caring and knowledgeable. He sent me for an MRI and when he received the results, he called me immediately. When I made the second appointment with him, his office called me with an earlier appointment because of a cancellation. He showed me the MRI, gave me the information I needed and answered all my questions and concerns. Dr. Holmes volunteered to call the surgeon to advance the surgery schedule.”

“We visited the walk in clinic today for the first time. While the wait was long, our experience was excellent. The registration ladies were very friendly and helpful. The nurse, Tammy, who took us back was exceptional! She was sympathetic to my son’s illness and had fantastic bedside manner. You could tell she had experience with young children, vomit, and worried parents. Thank you, Tammy! You made a bad day better for us. The doctor who saw us did not have good bedside manner, but she was the only doctor at the clinic today and I’m sure was overworked. I wish she had listened to more of my concerns.”
