The move was based on mom’s social needs and previous positive experience with “The Springs” new Activity Director, Marissa Kelly. The move has changed moms life and mood. She enjoys the many social activities. She’s reading books again, enjoying the beautiful courtyard garden and facilities therapy animals. I hoped this would be a good move for mom, but I’m overwhelmed by how much improved the level of care and atmosphere is at The Springs. It’s so important to see familiar knowledgeable staff and professionals who are providing competent care rather than the parade of agency temps we experienced in the last facility. I only wish I moved mom sooner!”
