The owner Lidia Pap, and the care givers; Irma, Oscar, and Elizabeth were more than I could have asked for. My mother had late onset dementia. She was bed riden and couldn't feed herself. They showed me how I could feed her and taught me how to help adjust her pillows. I wanted to be hands on with my mother and they welcomed it, made me feel like it really was home. If I showed up in the morning so I could feed her, I was offered breakfast. If my dad showed up in the afternoon, he was offered lunch. Everything was made freshed and delicious. The home is beautiful and every room has a sliding glass door looking out to farm land. I wanted my mom's last days to be looking at that view, not a memory care unit or a hospital room.”
