I knew they would provide assistance, but could never get anyone on the phone. I finally spoke to my Medicare Advange plan rep, and she suggested I go in. She said they aren't staffed to take calls so no one ever answers. She even has a direct number & no one answered. So she said I should just go down there. Said that everyone she sends down there gets results THAT DAY. Not having a car, that's easier said than done. But I finally got help, and all my paperwork has been corrected & re-filed. The lady there was very helpful & thorough. It took a while, but she managed to get it all done. I was very pleased. AND A BONUS: NO WAIT!”

“They accepted Liberty Dental and they were honest about treatment. I came from another office that recommended cazy expensive crowns. Dhaliwal was extremely friendly and worked very hard to get my crowns right. For major things like crowns be sure to check your savings plan to verify prices and if something that is not covered by your savings plan/insurance that is recommended by dentist then call the saving plan/insurance and ask them if it sounds fishy. That saved me about $1800 on two crowns. This place is called All Smiles. Google Maps only shows the name of the dentist. My bite around my crowns still does not fit quite right but I don't think It's Dhaliwals fault. My teeth are just a little off and my bite is strong. She worked for 2 hours trying to make my bite comfortable. I appreciate that. She did not ask for any more money to do all that work. I'm happy and have gotten used to the new feel of my chewing/bite.”
