They have integrity, honesty and genuine compassion for the folks in their care. They addressed, in a timely manner, any concerns we had for our loved one. Having to also deal with all the COVID issues at the same was very stressful, but, we were somewhat comforted knowing the staff was caring for our father in the same lovingkindness as we would have. If a long term, dementia care facility becomes one of your options, you would be wise to research Kemper House. This will be your choice in the end.
