I was immediately drawn in by the family friendly environment when I first visited and the vibes have not changed since, nearly half a year later. Our family of 4 (myself, wife and 2 kids) train here nearly everyday - we usually do the lunch time classes and take the kids for the evening training. It’s like our second home. The instructions are first rate for both the kids and adults classes. The couple who teach the afternoon and kids classes, Anaue and Thamara, are world class competitors who have extensive knowledge of the sport. They are extremely detail oriented and are incredible at conveying the information. Erik, the owner, also teaches the noon classes and has had the best details I’ve ever seen for fundamentals. I’ve been training for nearly 10 years and have moved all over the country, going to many different schools from old school Gracie lineages to modern day competition schools, and this is easily among the best I’ve ever had the pleasure to train in. I literally walk in everyday with a smile on my face.”
