“Xceed Fitness has such a fun atmosphere. I’ve been going there for 5 years. The people make it amazing! Everyone’s at different levels of ability, but the coaches treat everyone the same ensuring safe movements and proper form. Owen has helped so many safely go from barely walking due to an injury or illness to squating with heavy weight. Their trainers are very educated in movement patterns and always there to give extra help and coaching. It’s inspiring to to a part of a community that supports each others fitness goals while having so much fun getting there. Highly recommend you check it out!”
