She really gets to know the child, and family, and does her best to help the problem. My son has done great here and we are starting to move his appointments apart a little farther. Having said that, I cannot imagine a situation where I am not in communication with her. Callie at the front desk has been awesome with scheduling as well. When we started, it was a twice a week thing. There wasn't ever a time where it was dreadful to go. She has made it a fun experience. Defiantly glad we found her.
