“I’ve been attending Zor’s classes for over 10 years. He is a wonderful teacher and trainer. His classes usually combine strength training exercises with free weights and some equipment, as well as floor core body exercises along with interval aerobics. The reason I like going to his studio so much is that the space is the opposite of a soulless large sports club atmosphere. The classes are usually 8-9 people, and the way he encourages those who attend, no matter the level of conditioning, creates a real sense of camaraderie and a positive vibe. If you are looking for a total body workout at an affordable rate, this is definitely the place to be.”

It has been more effective than I ever could have imagined. I have been experiencing lower back pain due to inflamed nerves since mid-July. “First think to know is this clinic is not a hard sell place. Dr. Mitchell is very professional and he wants you to think about the options presented and not rush into a decision. Dr. Mitchell presents and performs a comprehensive approach to the issues you may have. Also they do focused shockwave therapy, not radial. It is much better and newer technology. Find YouTube videos on shockwave therapy vs radial. Also Dr. Mitchell has a lot (years and years) of experience at this so you know this is not his first rodeo. He is a soft spoken gentle man. Henry, who does the shockwave portion of the treatment, is also very experienced and soft spoken. There was no charge to come in and do a consultation to find out the services needed and pricing. While the treatments are not cheap, they compare favorably with other places in DFW. I was very pleasantly surprised and so far the results have been wonderful!”
