“We're just visiting from Seattle and we're on our way to Kentucky and stopped here for two very important things, coffee and Tylenol. :) Getting distracted by everything that all Targets do to me, this trip was no different. We browsed around and got swim trunks, beach shoes, travel toothbrushes, and of course the very much needed Tylenol. The staff was pretty chill and friendly. It was a out 50/50 regarding people wearing masks so if thats important to you, you might be kinda out of luck, but they do offer free masks to people who shop there. The store was clean. The people were friendly and helpful. Most importantly, the girlfriend found what she wanted. :)”

“Service above and beyond! I had a couple of issues (track for the seat cushion was not latched and cracked tab on one of the arms) with a Herman Miller chair that was shipped to me from NYC and brought it into the warehouse on Friday. To manage expectations, Martin (Warehouse Service contact) told me that if they need/have the parts in the warehouse, it would be ready on Monday. And if not, they would need to order the parts which could take 4-6 weeks. As promised on Monday, the track on the seat cushion was fixed. And to save me another 20+ minutes each way trip, Martin and his manager came up with a solution to resolve the cracked tab on the arm. Additionally, being new in Phoenix, my Waze navigation sent me to the wrong location when i went to drop of the chair and Brian, the service coordinator, stayed on the phone and helped me navigate my way to the warehouse. Thank you so much Martin, Martin’s manager and Brian for a providing fantastic customer experience!”

They demoed the room on the first day and were able to finish the entire job in 8.5 days. They listened to me about what I wanted and were able to achieve that. She was so incredibly nice and extremely helpful! Now let me brag about our floors, we went from carpet to SPC vinyl floors and we’re so in love with them! This place had the best quality of flooring especially when it came to the thickness of the boards and the different styles it was really hard to choose. We finally picked the one we wanted and were able to get it installed that weekend. I’m not going to lie I was a little nervous when only 3 men showed up to do the install, but man did they hustle. They knocked it out all in one day, and we got our entire first story done, as well as bathroom and laundry room upstairs. Everything about this process has been so smooth and easy and we’re just so excited with our beautiful new flooring!”
