“About a month ago, I contacted Kim at HIS Lighting to come over and see what he could do to improve the lighting at my home in Ironwood Village. I was not happy with my 20 year old lighting and felt I deserved a new take on my property. Kim came by and within a couple hours, came up with a plan for 16 new lights; 7 on the front of the house and 9 in the back. About two weeks ago, Kim was back with his team and gave my home an update I am still trying to adjust to. “I had a water leak in the shower and called two different plumbers to help identify and neither could help. Both told me it was coming from the tile and I needed to find a tile repair person. I was super frustrated and called Ace. I thought I was going to have to rip out my entire shower as it’s floor to ceiling tile. The owner, Jon came out and spent about an hour helping to trouble shoot and noticed the leak and the tape from the drywall on the backside of the adjoining wall. Turns out it was fixture leak from a downspout that wasn’t even required for my shower. Jon’s team came out and helped to complete the job. Eric was 100% professional and explained every step he was taking before moving forward. I trusted them so much that I asked them to help with some additional work my front door that needed repairs. Some reviews talk about the price but I can tell you that if your more concerned about long term cost and great craftsmanship, Jon and his team will take care of you. I can’t imaging how much unnecessary money I would have spent if it wasn’t for Ace. They have earned my business for the foreseeable future!”

“Nice staff, I am always greeted by a hello or welcome to our store as I walk in. The shelves are pretty much always stocked, except that the art area has been lacking for sometime now. Once pandemic hit certain items are a hit and miss. I agree with previous customer that at times there are pallets of items in the isles, but hey how do you expect the shelves getting stocked. The only advice I would give is hire more cashiers, there are times I go in for only 1-2 items and I have to wait in a long line just to check out. A lot of time no one is covering the front of the store. And you have to wait for a clerk to come and check you out. That gets irritating at times especially if you’re in a hurry.”

“Absolutely the best experience I have ever had with a contractor! It is always nerve wrecking to hire someone to do work, especially an expensive project like a deck. Adam was amazing and reassuring throughout the entire process - from his quick response to emails, flexibility in changing plans and providing updated estimates, and ability to problem solve on the job. We had Adam install a new deck after our prior deck started falling off of the house and was unsafe. Adam gave an estimate within a day that was by far much better than other local contractors (I suspect they were not interesting in actually doing the work, or were just trying to price gouge). We had a difficult design with a tight area for stairs, and Adam figured out a way to make it work. He gave us choices and options throughout. He always showed up on time, and was incredible at communicating. He was always sure to tell you his schedule, where he was in the process, and if there were any issues. He showed up on time, worked a hard days work and did an amazing job. The deck came out perfect! It is far better than I could have imagined. It is now safe and securely attached to the house, and we absolutely love it. His attention to detail is impeccable. He made sure every square inch of the deck was perfect and that we were happy with it. Personally Adam is one of the most polite and respective people I have ever met. He was always respectful of our property and our time. He left everything clean and there wasn't even a single dropped screw or piece of scrap. Hire him!!”
