We found her to be very knowledgeable on various types of flooring and even suggested we purchase a flooring that was slightly less than what we originally picked because of our dogs. She was very frank about our expectations on the flooring. The crew was wonderful to work with, they arrived on time, got straight to work, they even vacuumed our new floors.
