From the sales interaction, to the final measuring, to the delivery and installation, every part of the process was top notch. I felt valued and appreciated as a customer. This is clearly a company that takes the time to hire great people and hustles hard to earn their customer’s satisfaction. A rare thing in my experience. In particular the installation was impressive and could not have gone better. Originally the company called and said the installation timeline was pushed a day late because the windows would not be ready until the mid morning of installation day. When I told them that the next day was my 6 year olds birthday party, I expected them to tell me something like “well we’ll see you next week”. Instead, they said okay, we’ll still make it but we’ll be a few hours later. The installer Phil was top notch. He worked for hours straight with my permission working until 7 PM to get the job done and he did it beautifully. I had 4 young kids in my home and having windows installed with them around wasn’t easy, but Phil was so polite and considerate making sure to close gates and doors for my young ones. The windows are gorgeous, I was so pleased to have them in place for our party on time, and so grateful for Phil and this company going the extra mile to make it happen. When he left, the house was spotless, not a single bit of debris anywhere. I have hired out a lot of work on our homes and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. Companies like this, that hustle to make their customers happy, are very rare these days!”

“Mike Sloan and his crew saved us from a horrible major remodel nightmare on two bathrooms. In short, another contractor/designer who started work in mid-Sep 2017 just never showed up again after mid-Dec 2017 leaving us with a non-functioning bathroom i.e. no electric, toilet, cabinets, sinks, countertops, gaping area on one side showing the studs, etc. Said contractor also failed to pay for goods to be installed, not even counting how much we had already paid them for this unfinished fiasco. Please note, this contractor has shut down the business in Hernando Co. We were in contact with Mike and he sat down with us on 3 Jan 2018 to work up a plan and budget to get this project finished. The day after we spoke, Gemini was here installing the cabinets, a plumber, electrician and glass company were also here seeing what needed to be done. The granite company came on Friday. It was overwhelming to see just what can be accomplished with someone in charge who knows what project management really is. On Jan 17, 2018, just short of two weeks we had a functioning and 99% finished bathroom. The custom shower will be here within the week. My husband and I can't thank Mike and his people enough. They are conscientious, clean working, take pride in what they are doing but most of all fair to their clients. We highly recommend anyone considering cabinetry and general info on how to handle being your own project manager to sit down with Gemini, you will be very happy you did.”

They also have a selection of modern style and whimsical prints with brightly colored patterns. I saw lots of holiday fabrics and patterns to compliment them. There is an enormous selection of thread, notions, books and patterns. They have regular events in their classroom and retreat center with guest instructors.
