Throughout our project (a major patio covering and fireplace) they were helpful and consultative every step of the way. As new homeowners, and undergoing our first major renovation project, they were immensely helpful by; explaining what our plans actually meant, helping us determine whether they were (or were NOT) what we wanted, navigating the permit and inspection process, coordinating with our architect (making recommendations) and most importantly helping us problem-solve the unexpected hiccups that always come up. We had a unique project where we didn’t do things in the correct order, but the John J team (Paul Coppolino specifically) helped us work through all of the issues and ultimately made everything look great functionally and esthetically. They were also very straightforward and fair about pricing, overages and timeline. All of our friends who come to the house now give us the best compliments on the new addition and we are very pleased with it. We were so impressed by their work that we are looking to work with them again on another larger project in the near future.”

“On the first day, I was welcomed with a letter and some stuffs placed in bed. The house is well-kept, clean and orderly, and packed with snacks and refreshments from refrigerator to cabinets, with generous kitchen utensils and some cleaning stuffs to use for. Moreover, you don’t need to worry about bringing your own cooking utensils or finding a laundromat around the site because these are already provided in the house. There is also a living area use for meditation. While the place is quiet and safe, the house has its own security cameras and door locks with passcodes and the management location is just some minutes away to respond to needs, which adds up safety features and worry-free stays. In fact, the management offered me a free ride to and from my work last Sunday, which was during the snowy weather conditions. To sum it up, staying in here is living “home away from home.” Peaceful, organize, safe, clean, and… above all, nice people.”

“We had Todd come out and apply polyaspartic to our oversize, supersize garage in our new home we built here in Colorado Springs. First off, let's start off with his customer service. You won't find a kinder, easier to work with individual than Todd. He was patient, explained the process in detail, helped with color selection, and communicated daily on progress and any issues he ran into. Secondly, his work quality is hands down the best I've seen. The attention to detail he puts into his work is like no other contractor I've worked with. His efforts to make sure the end product is exactly what you want is amazing. Our floor is more than 1,000 square feet and Todd was meticulous in every aspect of the process all the way through to the end. One thing that really stands out in his thoroughness is that he even applies the product to the stairs, which makes the whole thing look AMAZING. I had a shock on my truck start leaking a week after Todd applied the polyaspartic to the floors and if it had been concrete, that stain would have been there forever. With the polyaspartic floors I was able to pressure wash the stain right up and out the door... soooo easy and it still looks like new. I can't recommend him enough... I can attest you will NOT be disappointed if you have Todd come out and do your garage floor. It is well worth the time, effort and cost and the end product looks amazing.”

“We are regulars at the Conservatory, a B&B managed by owners Randal and Marj in Augusta MO. They truly know how to make you feel welcome and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is an excellent one. We stayed at the Conservatory on 6/18 for our One year Wedding Anniversary, We were talking to Randal about having an outside fire even though it was 90 degrees during the day and Randall had a fire waiting for us after we got back from dinner, the next morning we had our complimentary breakfast at Kate's coffee shop which is owned by them as well. Marj had a full course breakfast for us including freshly baked muffins. I can't say enough about how thoughtful Randal and Marj are and recommend any of their establishments anytime.
