“Good, Old Fashioned Customer Service This review is for Sherri in Customer Service who took my frustrated call on how on earth I was supposed to put a light bulb into this lovely light fixture. She called me back the next day as promised and left me instruction on how to remove the "harp" to insert the bulb. It looked as though the harp was soldered into place but it turns out that little tabs on the sides could be lifted to squeeze the harp out of its place, screw in the light bulb and replace the harp and the lampshade. I guess I just have a good appreciation for old fashioned customer service - and Sherri provided that for me today. :)”

“Jordan was Master of Ceremonies for my August wedding at Crystal Mountain Resort. He NAILED IT! We have been to many of our friends' weddings recently so were keenly aware of important the DJ is! We were so lucky to meet Jordan at the Big Seattle Wedding Show. Here are some of our favorite things that Jordan did to take our wedding to the level of a five-star event: - He played elegant dinner music that elevated the vibe of our reception dining room. It felt like we were in another world. - He played our grand entrance songs and signature dance songs with perfect timing. He has an excellent speaking voice with natural hype that got everyone excited during our grand entrance. - Jordan packed the dance floor at the start of our dance party by mixing oldies with modern beats so that guests of all ages wanted to start dancing. - As the dance party went on and some of our older relatives left to get some sleep, I was so impressed with his DJ skills. His sounds were better than most clubs that we go to with our friends (for anyone who loves Monkey Loft in Seattle, it was like on par with that amazing vibe). We like to go to festivals like ABGT and EDC and our friends's faces said it all. They were so focused on dancing and just having an awesome time. We would book Jordan again for literally any event.
