“Nick was our salesman. He walked us through each step in the process of creating our new custom mattress for our boat cabin. He had us trace out the shape of what we needed, and then he had us test several mattresses in the show room without telling us what we were feeling for, just asked us our impressions first and had us choose a favorite. Then he told us what he observed and why we liked those the best and what the mattresses were made of. He helped is tailor our mattress to our body types and sleep styles. It seemed very scientific and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. He also promised lower prices than competitors in Seattle and we were surprised at how reasonable the price ended up being for the quality product we received. “I have read a handful of negative reviews in regard to the Denton GC. My experiences have not been bad at all. I found Nick, Isaac, and the others who I don’t know by name very helpful, friendly, and professional. I made a purchase of an item that was expensive for me but I didn’t take it out of the bag as I had been working 12-16 hours that week. When I finally got the item out, I realized it was an open box. I started to panic thinking that I had been done wrong and they would be unwilling to help. The store was closed at that time so I had to wait for them to open up again. When I returned to the store, it was very easy to make things right. They totally understood how I felt and helped correct the issue. I had to wait for a factory fresh device, but they took care of it and I was up and running 4 days later. I will not hesitate to shop at this location. It is smaller than many GCs but it is big on customer satisfaction. I gave 4 stars but that is only because they are a smaller store and don’t carry as much as others. If you are in a bind and need something immediately, you may have to travel.”
