Garden center, i get the BEST customer service there every time... the very nice and helpful man helped me pick out shrubs, fertilizer , rose bushes and soil. Not because I asked him to but he asked me all the right questions and came up with several suggestions..man does he know how to upsale!!! Lol He made sure I had everything I needed and more( i plan to go back this evening, not because I forgot something but he was so good at his job that I am going back to get those other suggestions he mentioned !! I also went over to appliances to get a wine fridge. I asked one of the workers inside if he could help me. He didn't even hesitate. He helped me find just the right wine fridge. After we loaded it onto a pallet jack I needed some plumbing supplies. He took the sample I brought scanned it said he would be right back and went and got exactly what I needed. Here's where it gets really good.. this same guy walked back to lawn and garden with me and loaded up my entire purchase in my truck .. I plan to get their names when I go back. Those two men deserve recognition !!!”
