But whenever I need help, it’s available, sometimes it’s even offered w/o me having to go on a safari looking for help(like one has to at a WalMart or Lowes..).. so it’s 5-Stars bc of the age and the obvious external factors causing majority of the issues… but you can only shift the blame for so long before this review goes quickly in the other direction”
