No fewer than a dozen employees offered assistance throughout my 2 hour shopping trip, from a gentleman helping me operate the scooter when I arrived until a nice man helping me when I left. No one was condescending or obvious about their offers of assistance - they were just bright and cheerful and kind. I wish I knew the names of these great workers so I could praise them individually, but they were in every department from pet supplies, housewares, patio/gardening, and cosmetics. Sales Rep Manager Brad Swanson worked with my insurance to get them to pay the $16,000 they refused to pay after agreeing to initially pay it.
