Because of this being a manual recliner we decided we want an upgrade so we called Levin our sale person gone, transferred us to someone else, told her the issue she said we had to call the people that will be doing the repairs and I advised that they told us to call them. She told me this is not my problem and hung up on me. I am displeased with Levin. I have an update: received a call from Kelly, she was awesome.
