“We had a very expensive wool rug which was damaged from a water leak into the garage. I called OC Rugs and had an appraisal done which really helped with my insurance claim. I also had my rug cleaned and restored. The owner of this company called me on several occasions to update me in regards to the insurance claim and personally spoke to my insurance adjuster to get me the most to help pay for my rug appraisal and restoration. This company picked up and delivered my rug in a timely manner . I am very pleased with the expertise and experience this company offered to me at what was a difficult situation to deal with . I highly recommend OC RUG to anyone who needs an appraisal or repair to their rug . Also recommend making your purchase of a fine rug at this business it is hard to find a business that will be willing to work hard for the consumer. “What an amazing company! I’ve dealt with many roofing/home improvement companies in the past. It’s so hard to find an honest, trustworthy company who puts the customer’s needs before their own. These guys really went above and beyond, completely exceeding my expectations! They are courteous and friendly, punctual, and above all, extremely knowledgeable. They came when they said they would, did excellent work and made sure my roof and gutter installation went just as it should- extremely smooth and problem free. I felt the need to be present the day of install but after seeing the work and professionalism of the company, I would feel completely comfortable hiring them again and leaving them unattended to do their job! All I had to do was call and tell them I needed a roof inspection and they took it from there. The best part is they know how to handle the Insurance companies to make sure I didn’t get shorted in any way. Handling the whole process from start to finish. I highly recommend these guys!! Would give 10 stars if I could, but definitely 5 stars in my book!!”

I had a full trailer, and they unloaded it in about 45 mins very impressive. Which door you'll back into depends on where they want the merchandise stored. “Needco Saves the Day: We finally decided to remodel our 30-year-old kitchen and began by asking friends, and researching the internet for a qualified local contractor. We met with several and selected the one that we felt most comfortable with. In the following weeks, we created a design, chose the colors, the materials, and the vendors we would use. The day finally came to start the project and the contractor showed up to tear out the old kitchen cabinets and tops. It was then that we knew we had made a terrible mistake. The damage to the kitchen was horrible and all the result of careless workmanship. I placed a call to the GC that evening asking what steps would be taken to repair the damage. She flipped out and sounded quite inebriated. I recommended that we take the night to cool off and talk again in the morning. Ten minutes later she sent a text saying she was walking off the job. There we were, no kitchen, no contractor, and we would have to start the entire process all over again. I mentioned this to a friend and he said, “Call David Harrison at Needco and forget about it”. So, I did. And I am so glad I did. David met with me and my wife the very next day at our home and got the ball rolling. The following day he invited us to his showroom in Homewood to review his modified design, select a new door style and colors, and to meet his team. Chrissy was awesome. Needco’s design was far superior than our previous one and his team removed all of our concerns. Now that the job is complete, I can tell you that the project happened exactly as he promised, and within the timeframe that he said it would. My wife and I could not be happier, we absolutely love our new Needco kitchen and we cannot say enough about David, Chrissy, Doug, Scott, and the whole behind the scenes team at Needco. My friend was right. “Call David Harrison at Needco and forget about it”. The man took care of everything and everyone. Oh, and did I mention, he did all of this within our modest budget.”

“The people working here are super friendly and helpful. I needed to get some plywood for a DIY project and had 0 clue as to the differences between the different types. I called them up and told the employee that picked up what I was looking to build - he took the time to explain what would be best for my setup as well as why. Also I ended up doing delivery since I couldn't fit the plywood in my SUV. There was a mix up with the address (my fault for not double checking paperwork). Thankfully, instead of just going back to the store, they kept calling me until they were finally able to reach me (because of course my phone was on silent - I only happened to see my phone on their fourth attempt). The driver/delivery person was also very friendly (do you see a theme here with friendly employees :) - he unloaded the plywood to where I asked for it to be placed. Pricing is also at least on par, if not better, than what you would find at the "big name" brands. Between the great pricing and excellent customer service, I will definitely come back here for any future lumber needs.”
